What the Mind Does to Lose Weight

I used to be more concerned with the nuts and bolts of losing weight. Things like: what should I eat or not eat? Should I fast or not? Do I need to count calories or carbs?

At some point I realized that I knew those answers. And they ARE important. But if I know the answers but don't manage my mind, the weight won't come off.
